Course Description

This seminar focuses on three basic elements:
  1. Organizational Behavior - Why Individuals, group and organizations behave the way they do;
  2. Organizational Research - How we find out where they are coming from; and
  3. Organizational Development - How we change them in a constructive manner.

Course Objectives

Appreciate the concepts of organizational behavior, research and development and demonstrate an awareness of basic strategies to implement change management principles.
