This seminar focuses on three basic elements:
1. Organizational Behavior - Why Individuals, group and organizations behave the way they do;
2. Organizational Research - How we find out where they are coming from; and
3. Organizational Development - How we change them in a constructive manner.
Appreciate the concepts of organizational behavior, research and development and demonstrate an awareness of basic strategies to implement change management principles.
This course is intended for upper middle management through senior level executives who wish to better understand the principles of change management at the individual, group and organization level.
