Engineering System Modeling, Simulation and Analysis
Course Description
This course provides participants with a structured, practical exposure to techniques for modeling and analyzing electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and acoustic systems. The course also addresses modeling and analysis of hybrid systems, including discrete systems such as micro-controllers and electro-mechanical systems. MATLAB software is used for system simulation.
Course Objectives
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Use modeling techniques for mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic and digital systems.
- Learn hybrid system integration.
- Develop a model for a hybrid system.
- Run system simulation using MATLAB.
