This course is one of Lean Series Courses we offer in our Continuing Education Program.  This course focuses on fundamentals of One Piece Flow System.  Using examples from different industries along with a simulated flow presentation, this course offers a well-balanced knowledge in understanding and implementing a One Piece Flow Production system and its advantages, applicability in various environments, and specific benefits to the organization's bottom line. Additionally, the specific role of one piece flow system in the whole Lean culture will be discussed.
