Business decisions at every level of a company affect its corporate health and ultimate success in the market place.  Tradeoffs must be made between costs of doing business and risks of taking specific directions before one can select one course of action over another.

This seminar will review the each element and tool required to complete a business case analysis both simple and complex.  Examples of business case decisions both good and bad will be used to show how real world failures and successes prevail.  Common traps and mistakes in making trade-offs in engineering and manufacturing decisions will be reviewed and the participants will leave with tools and insights that apply to situations they will encounter in their professional and personal activities.
